Different ways to get paid in Keepon

From cash to paperless direct debiting and invoicing that can be setup in under 30secs. We all need to get paid and Keepon makes getting paid super easy. So let’s dive right into it.

Payment Plans

The best option to keep cancellations low and retention high.

Set a client up on a payment plan by:

  1. Going to the clients profile and tapping ‘payment plans
  2. Tap ‘Create a plan
  3. Choose the amount, frequency, and end date (If you want one, if not you can keep them ongoing)
  4. Hit ‘Done’
  5. That will send the plan request off to your client via email where they can input their card details (they won’t have to input it again), accept the plan terms
  6. Tada! You’ve set your client up on a payment plan.

Once-off Credit/Debit card payments

Just want to do an ad-hoc charge for an appointment? No problem.

Set a client up on a payment plan by:

  1. Go to the appointment in the calendar you want to make a payment on
  2. Tap ‘Pay Now
  3. Choose ‘Credit/Debit Card
  4. Choose ‘Charge Now’ (Will allow you to input their details on your phone and charge on the spot) or ‘Send Request’ (which will send your client a link where they input their card details and can pay)
  5. Watch the money roll in!

Appointment Packs

 Want to sell a pack of 20 appointments and use the credits at a later date? Well, you’ve chosen the right app. 

  1. Go to your clients profile that you wish to sell the pack to
  2. Tap ‘Appointment Packs
  3. Tap ‘Sell Pack
  4. Choose the pack name, price and number of session credits you wish to create
  5. Either record a Cash payment, or charge your client by Credit/Debit card
  6. Now next time you book an appointment with that client, you can use those session credits as a form of payment.

Track Your Cash

 You might want to keep track of all that loose cash in your pocket, it’s as simple as…

  1. Go to the appointment in the calendar you want to make a payment on
  2. Tap ‘Pay Now
  3. Choose ‘Cash
  4. Now the appointment price will be tallied into your financial summary under ‘Numbers’ in the menu

All of these payments get tallied to your ‘Numbers‘, meaning you practically don’t have to play around with spreadsheets anymore! But If you do want to have a play with your figures or you need it for your accountant come tax time, you can easily export your finances in the finance section to an Excel-compatible file.
