Reset your password

This instruction presumes you are logged out of the app and can not get in and is how you would reset it via the app. Alternatively, you can click this link https://app.getkeepon.com/password-reset and enter your email address associated with your account then follow the instructions from step 5.
  1. Tap “Sign In”
  2. Tap “Forgot your password?”
  3. Enter your email address associated with your account.
  4. Tap “Done”
  5. You should then receive an email, tap “Reset your password”
  6. Enter your new password
  7. Confirm your password 
  8. Tap “Reset your password”
  9. You should then be able to log into your account with your new password. If you have any questions or issues please contact our support team.
